|David E. Reitzel, President
Mr. Reitzel formed Community Bank Real Estate Solutions in 2009 in response to the increasingly complex regulatory environment surrounding appraisals of residential and commercial properties. Mr. Reitzel continues to serve as the President of Real Estate Advisory Services, a subsidiary of Peoples Bank, Newton, NC. Mr. Reitzel has thirty years of residential and commercial appraisals experience. He is currently serving a three-year term on the North Carolina Appraisal Board as the financial industry/appraisal management representative appointed by the Governor. He is also the Legislative Liaison to the North Carolina Association of Realtors and the immediate past chair of the North Carolina Board of Realtors, Appraisal Section.Mr. Reitzel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte and has the General Accredited Appraiser designation from the National Association of Realtors. He holds a state certified general appraiser license in North Carolina, is a member of the Catawba Valley Board of Realtors, and the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association.
|John Noonan, VP/Compliance Manager
John Noonan’s professional career spans 29 years and has centered around Real Estate. John’s career opportunities have provided him with the ability to see three distinct sides of the mortgage transaction process. The first side being as a field appraiser completing appraisals for standard mortgage transactions, as well as relocation transactions. As a field appraiser, John owned and operated his own appraisal company and has serviced the Charlotte metro area for the past 10 years. A second side of the mortgage transaction was working for PHH mortgage in NJ overseeing the appraisal and credit operations nationwide. The third side being the overseeing of the appraisal operations and review departments for various AMC companies throughout the country. John has served on the Industry Advisory Council, currently serves as the VP of The North Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition and served in 2005 as an NC CE Instructor. He is currently a certified appraiser in North Carolina and South Carolina and is a member of the NC Realtor Association. John and his wife Wendy have two daughters Kelsey and Mackenzie.
|Rollie Tillman, Business Development
Rollie is responsible for sales and business development for Community Bank Real Estate Solutions. He joined the team as a result of a firm belief that Community Bank Real Estate Solutions provides a far superior service compared to any Appraisal Management Company (AMC) he has ever worked with. Most importantly, all the AMC companies he has worked with have been in his capacity of leading a mortgage origination platform. Rollie comes with a 27 year career as a NC Banker holding leadership roles with multiple institutions ranging from under $2 billion to more than $30 billion in assets. He has been responsible for residential mortgage lending operations at two banks over the past 10 years so he is very familiar with the AMC model, particularly from the mortgage originator perspective. |Sue Hardman, Data Processing Manager
Sue joined Community Bank Real Estate Solutions in 2011. She supervises the quality of client and vendor correspondence. Previously, she taught Family and Consumer Science in Sylvania and Lorain, Ohio and in Hickory and Caldwell County, North Carolina. She received a Masters of Education from the University of Toledo and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Bowling Green State University.
|Devin Page, Compliance
Devin is responsible for ensuring that all appraisal reports are reviewed and sent to the GSE’s portal website for guaranteed compliance and that the finished product is exactly as requested. Devin also maintains the company’s database profiles, documents, and all other accounts, keeping CBRES organized and efficient. Prior to his job at CBRES, Devin worked for Hickory Springs Manufacturing, where he oversaw both the company’s hiring process and the complex’s safety team. In his spare time, Devin is an active outdoorsman and enjoys participating in sports and camping activities with his family.
|Barbara Caraballo, Appraisal Management Assistant
Barbara facilitates the appraisal work flow by maintaining and expanding the communication between lenders and appraisers to ensure prompt turn-around times. She previously worked as a bi-lingual Service Center Specialist for Peoples Bank, Newton, NC where she developed good customer relationship skills. She attends Catawba Valley Community College (CVCC) and is especially good at keeping multiple processes running on schedule.
|Lisa Cooper, Quality Assurance
Prior to working for CBRES, Lisa worked for an appraisal firm in Hickory. She provided support to the appraiser staff, received appraisal requests, gathered information (contracts, building plans, and tax records), set up files, and expedited shipping of completed appraisals. She assisted in setting up appraisers with new vendors and provided assistance with software issues that appraisers may have had. She was responsible for maintaining office efficiency, productivity and order workflow.Lisa recently graduated Gaston College with Associate degrees in Medical Office and Legal Office Administration.
Lisa is married to Scott and has two children.
In her spare time, she enjoys baking, watching sporting events, and spending time with her family.
|Denise Bryson, Vendor Management/Client Relations
Denise H. Bryson comes to CBRES with over 15 years in appraisal management experience. Denise excels in customer service and the logistics of appraisal management. Denise lives in Belmont North Carolina and has been married for 30 years. She has two children. Denise enjoys working in her yard, reading books, spending time with friends, family and her dog.
