David E. Reitzel
President & CEO
Mr. Reitzel formed Community Bank Real Estate Solutions in 2009 in response to the increasingly complex regulatory environment surrounding appraisals of residential and commercial properties. Mr. Reitzel has over 35 years of residential and commercial appraisal experience.
First Vice-President/Compliance Manager
John Noonan’s professional career spans over 35 years and has centered around Real Estate. John’s career opportunities have provided him with the ability to see three distinct sides of the mortgage transaction process; Field Appraiser, In House Appraisal Manager and Operations Manager for an AMC.
Jordan previously worked in a financial institution as a Service Center Specialist. She joined our company back in 2017 as an Appraisal Coordinator. She provides a positive working relationship with client staff and appraisers keeping them informed with status updates.
Jamie has a 23 year span of real estate experience as an Administrator, Order Management, Fraud Investigator, Title/Closing Management, REO/Foreclosures, and Paralegal. Jamie has an acute set of expertise in Management, Critical Problem Solving, and Service. She currently manages client relationships with CBRES. She also has a pivotal role in CBRES Operational Management, and direction.
Shelley joined CBRES in September of 2020. She comes to CBRES with over 10 years of Accounting experience. Along with her Accounting experience she also brings Auditing, Administrative, Supervisor, Customer Service and Banking experience to CBRES. Shelley handles all of our financials, including Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and Appraiser Payroll. Shelley also maintains documentation and records proficiently to ensure correctness and promptness. Shelley displays a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
AVP Appraisal Operations
Denise Bryson joined CBRES in 2015 bringing an extensive background in appraisal management experience with her. She excels in customer service and the logistics of appraisal management. She works to ensure exceptional customer service
AVP Vendor Management
Barbara amends client requirements, monitors appraiser documents, and keeps the system updated to maintain performance. She previously worked in a financial institution as a Service Center Specialist.
AVP Quality Assurance
Lisa is responsible for conducting quality control reviews of residential valuations to ensure that all work has been completed in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with USPAP, FNMA, and other regulatory boards and Client specific guidelines. Lisa has many years’ experience working with appraisers and reviewing residential appraisals. She has two Associate degrees from Gaston College.
Vendor Management Coordinator
As part of the Vendor Management team, Sarah works on the back end to enroll appraisers, onboard new clients, and provide overall system support to the CBRES team. She has a background in Retail Banking management, and Human Resources.
Quality Assurance Coordinator
Ann appraised residential properties for 13 years and has now changed hats to review appraisals. Ann has accomplished obtaining her SRA designation. The SRA professional membership designation is held by real estate solutions providers who are experienced in the analysis and valuation of residential real property. A graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, living in Morganton, she enjoys cooking, reading, watching baseball, and walking on the Catawba River Greenway.
Tiffany joined the CBRES team in September 2021. She has 20 years in providing exceptional customer service. She aids in Client Services and provides a beneficial impact with clients, staff, and appraisers communications.
Tammy comes to CBRES with over 17 years in the appraisal and title management industry from the Charlotte metro area. She has worked as a coordinator facilitating the work flow between the appraiser and client or abstractor and client. She has also worked as a Manager of Appraisal Operations for 3 years. She excels in customer service and timely follow up. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC) with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology.
Starr joined the Appraisal Industry after she was medically retired from the US Navy, in which she served in for 6 years. She enjoys creating and maintaining relationships with Appraiser and Clients, to better serve and understand the wants and needs of every party in order to provide the best service possible!
Tammy has 13 years of industry experience. She has high level interpersonal customer service skills. She currently works in the order placement department to provide remedies and resolutions for all orders.
Sharon joined the team December 2017 as our Appraisal Coordinator. Sharon’s previous work experiences include 20 years as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Prior to joining us, she worked as a mortgage loan processor and Universal Banker. Her experience & knowledge in the mortgage industry helps the appraisal side come full circle in understanding the cycle from beginning to end for our clients.
Chloe joined our team in 2020 as an Appraisal Coordinator. She comes to CBRES with experience in customer service working for a financial institution where she last worked as a merchant support assistant. She provides a helpful working relationship with client staff and appraisers keeping them informed with status updates. As well as working closely with appraisers on making sure she finds the best fit for each incoming order. She prides herself on providing excellent customer service.
Martha joined CBRES in January of 2022, with 7 years of experience working for an AMC as an Appraisal Coordinator, and subsequently as a Reviewer for an Senior Residential Appraiser. Prior to joining the Real Estate Valuation industry, Martha has 15+ years of experience in Retail Management and Customer service. She thrives on establishing customer relationships, while ensuring outstanding customer service. Martha graduated from Greenville Technical College with an Associate’s Degree in Marketing/Business Management.
